Is a free memorial really free forever?
Yes. Free memorials are never deleted or time-limited. Premium is optional.
How do I pay from my country?
Checkout is handled by Paystack and accepts Visa, Mastercard and other cards from anywhere, plus M-Pesa and mobile money where available.
Who receives memorial fund contributions?
The family member who manages the memorial. Evermore keeps a 5% platform fee to keep the service running.
Can I get a refund?
