Terms of use

Last updated 3 October 2026

By using Evermore you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Memorials

You may create a memorial only for a person who has died and whom you knew, or on behalf of their family. You confirm that the information you publish is true to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any photos you upload.

2. Tributes and conduct

Tributes must be respectful. We remove content that is hateful, harassing, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. The person who manages a memorial may hide tributes on it.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Premium upgrades are one-off payments per memorial. Spotlight features run for the period purchased. Virtual flowers are non-refundable once displayed. Memorial fund contributions are passed to the memorial's manager less a 5% platform fee.

4. Memorial funds

The manager of a memorial is responsible for using contributions as described on the memorial. Evermore may pause a fund and refund contributors if we have reason to believe a fund is fraudulent.

5. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your memorials at any time.

6. Liability

Evermore is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
