Evermore respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, the EU/UK GDPR and other applicable laws.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Content you publish: memorials, tributes, photos and messages.
- Payment records: what you paid for and when. Card and M-Pesa details are handled by Paystack and never stored by Evermore.
- Basic usage data, such as page visits and the country your request comes from, to show local prices and improve the service.
How we use it
To run your account, display memorials and tributes, process payments, prevent abuse and keep Evermore secure. We do not sell personal data.
Public content
Memorials and tributes are public by design so that family and friends can find them. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. To delete your account entirely, email privacy@evermore.app.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
