Premium memorials

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of upgrading. The memorial returns to the free plan.

Spotlight

Spotlight features can be refunded pro rata if cancelled before the period ends.

Virtual flowers and eternal flames

These are non-refundable once displayed on a memorial, unless the memorial is removed by our moderators.

Memorial fund contributions

Contributions are passed to the family. If a fund is found to be fraudulent, Evermore will refund contributors in full, including the platform fee.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@evermore.app with your receipt details from your dashboard. We reply within 2 working days.
