Remembering Aisosa Iyobosa Idemudia · 2y ago
Fellow member, Abuja Bar and Bench Forum
She chaired our forum dinners with a gentle hand and a sharp memory. She remembered who had lost a parent, who had a new baby, who was struggling in chambers. Abuja's bar has lost its conscience and a good friend.
Remembering Olufemi Babatunde Ajayi · 3y ago
Colleague, Department of Botany, University of Ibadan
For thirty years we shared a corridor and one temperamental kettle. Femi never once reached the end of a faculty meeting without making some visiting dignitary laugh. He was fierce about standards and gentle about people, which is rarer than any professorship.
Remembering Titilayo Bosede Ajayi · 7y ago
Neighbour and family friend in Bodija
Mama Tito knew every child on our street by name, shoe size and temper. When my son had malaria at midnight, she was at our door in her wrapper with a thermometer before I finished dialling her number.
